The objectives of the project is to upgrade Motshana Access Bridge which connects to the graveyard in the village. The project falls under Fetakgomo Tubatse Municipality in Limpopo Province.
The works will involve the following:
- Clearing and grubbing of the bridge and road reserve
- Construct a temporary bypass, using temporary pipe culverts to accommodate the river flow.
- Construction of layer works
- Construction of 4No (3600×3000) Precast Portal Box Culverts
- Provide erosion protection by means of gabions,
- Construction of pavement layers to the approach to the bridge
- Installation of guardrails
- Installation of road signs
- Finishing of the road and road reserve
- Construction of concrete paving blocks;
