The project entails the construction of licence testing ground offices in the Bela-Bela Local Municipality which falls under Waterberg District Municipality in Limpopo.
The scope of work include the following:

- Construction of Access Road.
- Construction of Parking.
- Construction of Testing Ground
- Construction of Palisade Fence
- Installation of water and sewer pipelines and connection to existing sewer line and water line
