The objectives of the project is to upgrade an existing 10.6 km gravel access road leading from Chavani to Bungeni to a tarred surface thereby improving access to these facilities. The project will be implemented in Phases starting with 3.0 km for Phase I. The project is located at Chavani, Ka-Nwaxinyamani and Bungeni villages and falls within the Makhado Municipal Jurisdiction.
The works will involve the following:
- Upgrading of an existing 3.0 km gravel access road to tar
- Surfacing with 30mm Asphalt
- Extension of existing bridge
