HOUTRIVIER REGIONAL WATER SCHEME- PHASE 1
Description of the works included:
- Construction and erection of 2 280kl elevated steel tanks to 10m
- Extension of existing reticulation at 3.3km of 75mm Class 9 uPVC pipeline at Komape and Motinti villages and installation of 10 standpipes.
- Equipping, electrification and housing (with concrete pump house) of borehole H04-0555 and H04-1699.
- Reinstating and electrification of borehole H04-2610, H04-1109 and H04-1110.
- Reinstating and electrification of booster pumps (pump station) situated Perskebult reservoirs; this will include providing a strong room for booster pumps to prevent vandalism and theft.
HOUTRIVIER REGIONAL WATER SCHEME- PHASE 9
Description of Works:
- Extension of 33.03km internal reticulation of 75mm class 9 uPVC pipeline.
- Construction of 1.1km 250mm Class 9 uPVC as a main feeder.
- Construction 10.5km of 110mm Class 9 uPVC for primary loop
- Installation of 69 communal standpipe and 12 isolation valve

Description of Works:
- Extension of existing internal reticulation at 14.9km of 75mm class 9 uPVC pipeline
- Construction of supply main at 3.6km of 110mm class 9 uPVC at Ramakgaphola Village.
- Installation of 49 communal standpipes
- Construction of 150KL 10m stand tank
Equipping, electrification and housing (with concrete pump house) of boreholes H04-0204, H04-0205 H04-0052.
