The project is located in Tshikota of the Makhado Local Municipality under Vhembe District of the Limpopo Province, about 110km North of Polokwane. The proposed works are the Rehabilitation and Upgrading of streets within Tshikota.
The scope of work comprises of the following:
- Rehabilitation of streets 1.95 km of streets
- Upgrading of 1.6 km of streets
- Construction of storm-water drainage system consisting for 2.450 km.
- Upgrading of Ring Road in Tshikota from Gravel to Paving 1.8 km
- Upgrading of Pretorius Street from Gravel to Asphalt 1.6 km
- Rehabilitation of Vorster and Noordwes 2 km
- Construction of stormwater drainage system consisting of 600 metres of concrete pipes of various diameters.
