The project is located in the Sekhukhune District of the Limpopo Province. The construction of the clinic included the following works:
- Demolition of existing main clinic building
- Extension to existing staff accommodation
- Demolition of existing guard house and adjacent refuse area
- Construction of new clinic building
- Construction of new nursing accommodation
- Construction of new guard house
- Construction of new medical waste enclosure
- Construction of new carports
- Construction of new parking bays
- Construction of new 6m elevated water tank
- Construction of covered paved parking bays and walkways
- Construction of paved access road with road signs
- Demolish existing Main Clinic building, make good and construct a new structure
- Drill and equip Borehole.
