The project is located at Thohoyandou Unit C (Miluwani) and falls within the Thulamela Municipal Jurisdiction.
The works consist of the following main items to be upgraded under the contract:
- Upgrading of 6.3 km of internal streets Setting out of the road;
- Construction of stormwater drainage system from 450 diameter to 1200 diameter meter of concrete pipes;
- Construction of 1.5m x 1.5m x 3 opening box culvert;
- 30mm Continuously Graded Medium Hot Asphalt (AC) for 6.3 km;
The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by September 2018.
